USB Cable

A Neuphony EEG device can also be connected with the desktop app using the charging cable provided with the device. Any other ‘Type A to Type C’ USB cable can also be used to connect the device.

Steps to connect a Neuphony EEG device with a USB Cable:

  1. Select ‘Click to Connect’ button on the top-right corner after logging in to the desktop app.

  2. Switch on the Neuphony EEG device.

  3. Plug in Type A end of the cable to the desktop and the Type Cend of the cable to the Neuphony EEG device.

  4. Choose the ‘USB Cable’ option and click on ‘Continue’.
