Focus

Focus entails voluntary and prolonged concentration on a selected object or task. In the context of meditation, this often involves maintaining attention on a single point, such as the breath, a visual image, or a word. The objective is to recognize and return attention to the chosen focus whenever the mind wanders, fostering increased communication between the front and back of the brain. Focus is calculated using complex algorithms based on your baseline and current band waves and is scored between 0 and 100.
