Neuphony Desktop App version 3.4.0 brings several bug fixes and improvements. These are as follows:
The Lab Streaming Layer (LSL) LSL now operates efficiently for extended periods on both Windows and Apple Silicon-based macOS (M1, M2, M3) systems.
Fix for the Double Login Attempts Issue This update resolves the bug causing users to attempt logging in twice. With the fix implemented, single login attempts will now successfully authenticate users.
Device Disconnection The device will now automatically disconnect from the desktop application in the following scenarios:
When the user signs out from the application.
If the desktop application closes unexpectedly.
When the user manually closes the application.
If the dongle is removed withoout disconnecting or the device is turned off. Battery charging icon when device connected via USB.
Duration Timer The timer in the duration section is now more user-friendly and optimized when editing or modifying an experiment.
Maximised Experiment Window When running an experiment, the new window now opens in a maximized format for easier transition.
Firmware Update Text Change Device firmware updates now come with clearer instructions.
Session save when app crashes Sessions are now saved before redirecting the user to the landing page in case the app crashes.
No relaunch required when offline Relaunching the app is no longer necessary when the user opens it offline. The user just needs to connect to the internet.
No sign out when offline The "Sign out" button will be disabled in offline mode during a session.
